Can international suppliers apply?
You can introduce a business based outside the UAE. Include your country and explain your ability to supply the UAE market. Our team will review suitability case by case; submitting a form does not confirm import eligibility or a commercial arrangement.
Which documents are required?
The initial form asks for company and contact information, supplier type and product categories. A catalogue is optional. Our team may request relevant business or product documentation during follow-up. Do not upload identity documents, bank details or unrelated sensitive records with this introduction.
How do I share my product catalogue?
Attach one PDF, XLS or XLSX file up to 10 MB. Files must pass security checks and are available only through authorized admin access. If the upload cannot be checked, submit your details without it and mention that a catalogue is available.
When will I receive a response?
After a successful submission, you will see a reference number. Our team reviews the information and contacts suitable applicants about next steps. Review time depends on the details and current inquiries; we do not promise a fixed response deadline.
Does registration publish my products?
No. Applying does not publish a listing or approve a supplier account. Any onboarding, product information review and publication are separate steps. You can browse the existing catalog to understand how wholesale products are presented.
